My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lots of smart and tasteful furniture, but there was an issue with double booking causing inconvenience. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a lovely balcony with a fantastic 'river view. ' Although the price was very reasonable, the room perfectly met our needs. The location was superb, right in the heart of everything, making it convenient for my family. The service was friendly and accommodating, even amidst a busy period. However, housekeeping could be more thorough. The dining experience was enjoyable with a decent selection, and the facilities were well-maintained.
